Simply make contact with the Earth for at least 10 minutes a day, and you will soon feel the natural healing power of the planet. Earthing can be difficult to do in cold climates, so there are indoor grounding mats and sheets that can be purchased. These indoor grounding systems are made out of conductive material and are plugged into the grounding outlet in one's home. They can be purchased here. Earthing is something that must be done consistently, for example, one cannot spend an entire summer barefoot and expect to feel the benefits throughout the winter.
